LOCATION & WEATHER
Osh State University is located at 331 Lenin Avenue in Osh City and is strategically located in the city’s innards. All forms of transportation are available to and fro from the University to around the city.
The weather is continental and remains at its extremes as the year goes by. The first half of the year, it can snow, while the remaining part of the year witnesses a mix of hot and dry weather. It is usually easy to settle down if you are here in March, April, or May as the temperature is relatively mild.
HOW TO REACH OSH STATE UNIVERSITY
For international students, your arrival will be at the Osh International airport, and from there, you can avail of any mode of transportation. The University is just 10.9 km from the airport, and it will take your mode of transport (probably a cab) about 22 minutes to reach your destination.
The University lies at the intersection of all the central roads of the city of Osh, and you can avail of all modes of transportation to go to and fro from the university or the city.
FOOD & HOSTEL FACILITY
As the University is a public sector University, its facilities are the best with not only a large array of facilities but also the expenses that will be borne is really minimal as compared to its contemporaries. The hostel fees for international students stands at 600 USD, which includes all the facilities that are meted out to the students. Following facilities are provided to the international students:

ELIGIBILITY
There are certain conditions for admission to the Osh State University, especially to its medical courses, as it is what is most sought for. Here are the conditions for admission to the medical faculty:
