The University of Perpetual Help System DALTA, established on February 5, 1975 by Anthony Jose m. tamayo is a catholic based university.
The main campuses are located in Las Pinas, Molino and Calamba city with the name of perpetual help college of rizal. In 1997, it got the university status from the commission of higher education, thus the name was changed into the university of perpetual help In 2017, it got the status of autonomous body. It is one of the best universities for MBBS in Philippines.

It includes a separate Indian mess for the Indian students that provides Indian cuisine so that Indian students can go for both North Indian food as well as South Indian food. It also provides vegetarian food and non vegetarian food facility for the ease of students. Both girls and boys hostels have their own separate mess and dining hall.
This Perpetual University has separate hostels for girls and boys. These hostels can be accommodated by more than 1000 members. The rooms have all types of facilities such as an attached bathroom with each room. But these rooms might have single, double or triple beds.
The library with air conditioning is also inside the hostel so that students can study in the library without any time barrier. Hostel includes visitors hall, separate study rooms and all time Wi-Fi facility. The lecturer rooms, laboratories, auditoriums. Hostels, cafeteria, sports center, medical care centers are highly modernized with air conditioned facilities and state of art facilities.
The entire campus is under surveillance of CCTV cameras. Thus, the school provides security to the students. The demonstration hall area serves the models of the specimen, cadavers for the anatomy Department.

ELIGIBILITY
- Students must have more than 60% marks in 12th standard.
- The student must have NEET qualification with above 55% in PCB in 10+2, otherwise, he\she won’t be eligible to apply for it.
- In the case of Humanities and other subjects like Law, Engineering, etc, there are various entrance tests conducted online, and qualifying them is the only way to help get enrolled.
- The age of a student or applicant must be more than 17 years and less than 25 years.
